We specialize in technical hillside construction.
Some days we're scraping lots for new builds, others we're updating master baths and kitchens. Some days find us tracking down materials, or revising plans, or pouring over blueprints.
We build homes. We've been building homes for more than 40 years.
We were building homes in Phoenix when there was 1 pro sports team, when Scottsdale stopped at Camelback, when the Phoenix Open was played at Phoenix Country Club, when Bell Road was the edge of civilization, when children watched Wallace & Ladmo, when the Phoenix Gazette was an evening paper, when groceries were bought at Smitty's, when houses were built with carports, when the state of Arizona had one area code.
A lot has changed in 40 years. We're still building homes.
[I]t's anyone's pick which element makes the house extreme. For some, it might be the 35-foot waterfall splashing down a natural rock formation. For others it might be the triangular negative-edge pool jutting out beyond the mountain's slope. Still others might consider the home's 12-foot-high entry door, four and half kitchens, or five fireplaces as being way beyond the norm.
The artist took full advantage of what this site had to offer, adding water to create a beautiful mix of architecture and landscape. The pool mimics the simple, modern lines of the house, while the extensive surrounding waterfalls echo the rocky ledge of the terrain and create vertical movement.
Step inside and you'll find perks such as a 560-bottle wine room, his-and-hers bathrooms on the main level (his decorated with concrete counters inlaid with industrial ball bearings and hers inlaid with rhinestones! ), and a disco ball and light show feature in the great room. Susan Regan Phoenix Home and Garden. Materials were selected to meld both their aesthetics into an eclectic mix of warn finishes and clean lines.
I've been building homes in the Valley for more than 40 years. I pride myself on being transparent and honest and making the building process manageable and enjoyable. So I'm not going to fill this space with empty words like "timeless" "quality" or "beauty". I'm perfectly happy letting
my work speak for itself.
What's important is the relationship you have with your builder. If you hire Incline to build your home, you'll be dealing with me from design to move-in. I can promise a personal relationship; not with a regional manager, not with a superintendent, with me - your builder.
